Error message when accessing Outlook
Symptom/Sign of Problem
Outlook gives an error about an add-on.
Note: First ensure the error isn’t a result of malware.
Fix Steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Go to Tools
3. Click on Options
4. Next click Other
5. Then to Advanced Options
6. Click on Add-In Manager. Uncheck the add on
