Unable to launch Outlook error
Symptom/Sign of Problem
opening Outlook, receives error of “Cannot start Microsoft office outlook. Cannot open the outlook window. Invalid xml, the view cannot be loaded.”
Note: This fix is for XP only
Fix Steps:
1. Browse to this location C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\
2. Delete or rename the "Outlook.xml" file
